Custom Meal Plans

Are you having a hard time putting ingredients together to create easy, nourishing meals? Maybe you don't have time to meal plan or it's confusing knowing how to eat within your ideal calorie range. Let me create a customized meal plan just for you, including foods you enjoy or nutrient goals you need to aim for. These can also be customized to dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, dairy-free, or soy-free, also to exclude foods you do not prefer.  I also create plant-based meal plans.  They can be tailored to your macro goals or can simply be basic weeknight meal recipes if you only need dinner ideas. Meal plans include a grocery shopping list, nutrition information, photos, and detailed, easy-to-follow recipes!

Nutrition Protocol

Sessions can cover various topics you need to gain an understanding of to reach a balance in your diet, but during our initial consultation we will work together to discover gaps in your nutrition, and items that need to be swapped out for better choices. We will also work to idolize your meal timing with when to eat and what food groups the eat at the best time, and lastly learn which food ingredients are not best serving your body.  You can choose for your consultation to be based on healthier eating in general or if you’re more concerned with a weight loss approach.  Counseling sessions can also be used to learn about your ideal macronutrient numbers once you’re ready for a more fine tuned approach to reach your dietary goals.   As a fitness enthusiast myself I understand the importance of fueling your body optimally so that you are able to perform your best!
